    Each copy of this issue is $5 plus $1 for shipping and handling. If you are ordering five copies or more, no shipping and handling fees will be applied to you.

    The Shipping and handling fee will be $3 per copy if you are ordering from outside of the United States. 10 copies or more will wave the shipping and handling for the readers ordering from abroad.

    Be sure to put your mailing address where the copies are to be sent.
